Eden Niknafs

Co-founder, Accountability in Action UK

Eden is the co-founder of Accountability in Action, where she helped law firms and professional services teams make life a little less chaotic and a lot more efficient. With more than 25 years of experience in legal operations, administration, and business process improvement, she has a knack for spotting what is slowing teams down and turning it into something smarter, simpler, and more useful.

At AIA UK, Eden blends practical consulting with AI and automation, bringing a human touch to tech-enabled change. She is especially focused on helping lean teams do more with less - without losing the relationships, judgement, and common sense that still matter most.

Outside of client work, Eden co-hosts the podcast What the F**k is AI, where she talks about the real-world side of AI - clear, candid, and refreshingly unpretentious. The discussion continues with regular Fri-AI-Day open chats.
